In honor of my 31st birthday, I am sharing notes I wrote last year that I never published. I hope the lessons i’ve learned over the years provide value.

Communicate with your audience. If you are in need of a break or have to make a change within your business - that’s okay…But communicate. 

This isn’t about how much trauma, or what type of trauma I’ve experienced.. or that you’ve experienced. It’s about healing, forgiving, loving, learning, growing, thriving, flourishing and genuinely experiencing peace / joy.

You deserve abundance. You deserve the freedom. You deserve to have a business that's thriving and flourishing. Don't give up. You're just one change away from leveraging yourself into a better situation.

I don't want anyone to think this solely will be the reason your life changes. I can 100% guarantee it's not and it won't be. You will be the reason your life changes.

The truth is that there’s no way I’ll ever be able to tell the whole story - my life story. Not in a book, not in a documentary, not in an interview, not in this blog.
