COMMUNITY & IMPACT: I am passionate about cultivating solutions that address disparities within the black community.

I understand that poverty is a heavy topic and breaking poverty looks different for everyone. Creating generational wealth looks different for everyone.

I understand the trauma, pain and discomfort that comes from poverty. I understand how painful healing can be. I am here to attempt to streamline the process for anyone interested in committing to the journey.

The process doesn't have to be painful - It can be peaceful.

My hope is that I can articulate my experiences in a way that impacts you, your family and the black community. I understand there are layers to impact and that not everything is going to be resolved / addressed at once.

I want to contribute to the change and the solution. I want to work with people that care about creating an impact for black culture. The more people I am connected to that are dedicated to the mission, the better.

I understand this needs to be collective - that we need to work together to form businesses, partnerships and coalitions. There is no reason for us to try to create this change individually. Breaking the cycle of poverty and creating generational wealth is too big of a task for us to do it on our own.

In an effort to start the conversation about solutions, I've included a little information about me and what I am doing to cultivate change:

I am a serial entrepreneur, business coach, racial equity inclusion private equity fund manager, family business advocate, generational wealth planner and social impact activist. I form partnerships with like-minded individuals and work with clients to cultivate amazing businesses, make amazing investments and our group's primary focus is to rebuild the infrastructure of black neighborhoods and integrate real estate solutions throughout the communities we serve. We are focused on rebuilding one neighborhood to eventually use as a proof of concept for community redevelopment solutions throughout the country.

There are a lot of black neighborhoods that are underserved and in need of an endless list of resources and infrastructure. Resources and Infrastructure that dismantles the existing infrastructure. Resources and infrastructure that provide solutions that address where the community is at and what they need. Resources and infrastructure that provide measurable social and economic impact - generational impact. Resources and infrastructure that cultivates an environment for the residents to have an abundant quality of life. Resources and infrastructure that promotes access to freedom. Resources and infrastructure that breaks poverty and creates generational wealth.

PARTNERS & CLIENTS: I am very strategic and intentional about the work we do with partners / clients and look forward to seeing everything continue to come into fruition - to see the community benefit from our solutions for generations.

This work is impactful and life changing but I want you guys to understand that the work that I do with my clients, partners and community is very comprehensive. Our team has collectively spent decades cultivating our talent / skills and are committed to evaluating our clients, partners and communities' needs to identify what steps need to be taken so they can break the cycle of poverty and create generational wealth.

It's important to understand that not everyone has the same situation and everyone, understandably, is going to have to take different steps to break the cycle of poverty and build generational wealth.

I understand that you reading this blog is not going to have the same effect as it would if I was working directly with you to create a plan, partner, strategize, coach you, etc. but I do however, feel confident that this blog and the information shared can be used as leverage to create significant change in your life and your families lives.

I've learned a lot throughout my journey of entrepreneurship - working with different partners and clients - forming different businesses. I'm thankful to be able to share my insight - share the lessons we’ve learned and the solutions we've cultivated.

There's a lot of value that we will provide, so please take the information, knowing that the information is based on our experiences and that your situation is specific to you.

I don't want anyone to think that this blog or my solutions will solely be the reason your life changes. I can 100% guarantee it's not and it won't be. You will be the reason your life changes. My hope is that my knowledge, stories and insight will ignite what is already within you. You are the solution.

You are what will break poverty. You are what will change your mindset. You are the generational wealth. You are the abundance. You are the key to creating change. You are the leader. You are anointed and gifted. You have every single thing that you need.

This is a forever process. Take it one day at a time. Take your time. Embrace the journey!

Continue to learn to love yourself. Continue to learn to forgive yourself. Your ancestors are protecting you and you will absolutely receive their generational blessings.

I am proud of you and thank you for the work you've done. Continue to dedicate your time to cultivating the change.

The process isn't going to be easy but it will always and forever be worth it.
